Mentorship Mondays

​For backcountry riders with an AIARE 1 looking to grow their skill set and gain confidence to lead their own tours. Extra benefit of potentially gaining new backcountry partners.

$300 per day or $1200 for all 5 days
Max of 4 participants each day

You should join this mentorship program if you want to:​
  • Learn safe and efficient touring techniques
  • Become a more competent backcountry partner
  • Lead your own tours with confidence
  • ​Meet other riders at similar stages of their progression
  • Share powder giggles on a Monday​

Prerequisites:​
  • AIARE 1 or equivalent avalanche education
  • >10 days of touring
  • Able to competently descend 30-35 degree terrain (black diamond in resorts) in most conditions
  • Open to inclusive learning environment with shared feedback ​

Format:​
​Day tours on/near Snoqualmie Pass
  • 8am meetup on pass for morning planning session
  • 8:30-3:30pm tour with coaching throughout
  • 3:30pm debrief the day
  • 4pm head home 
Times may change slightly based on conditions or desires of group.

​You can join for the full 5 day program or for any number of the days. With a slightly different group each day of the program, we don't plan to adhere to a strict curriculum but rather flex based on that day's conditions and group's objectives.
